The last few weeks have been full of joy in our wonderful home.
We enjoyed a beautiful Christmas with 26 people at our table. Santa spoiled the children and it was a joyous day for all.
On New Year’s Day, we received the most precious gifts of all when Severine gave birth to beautiful twins. We now have two precious new angels living with us. Severine has named them Moira and Molly. Moira loves sleeping and is the calmer of the two, while Molly is active and alert. All three are doing very well and Severine is as happy as can be. After Christmas, we were lucky enough to enjoy 10 wonderful days at the beach in Rye and the children loved every moment. It was a treat to be by the water, enjoy the local attractions and spend time in the sun, relaxing together. Thank you to our wonderful volunteer Natalie who made this special holiday possible. Ahmed once again made us proud when he won the Victorian State Championship in the 100-metre breaststroke event. We were all there to support him and we were so excited by his win. Congratulations Ahmed!
As our home grows, so does the sense of love and mutual support that makes it work so well. Our wonderful Foundation has become a haven for children and mothers who might otherwise not have been helped and it continues to flourish and grow because we’ve now become a community of people who care for each other.
I can’t thank our generous donors and volunteers enough for the support you’re giving to our work. Without you, none of this would be possible.
In Peace and Service Always. Keep smiling,
